The charming villa was built in 1909 as a summer home for a family from Milan. It is just a brief walk from the pretty town of Cannero Riviera with a beach, many restaurants, ice cream shops and a supermarket. The villa offers all you could wish for, including direct access to the lake. The perfect place to spend some time to relax and enjoy. You'll be in the middle floor unit, there are two additional units in the Villa.

I am your host for the Villa de la Rosa in Cannero. We are two close families who share this villa and rent out the apartments whenever we are not enjoying this beautiful place ourselves. We are constantly making updates and improvements to our beloved villa, so the pictures may not always be up to date. Reality is even better than the pictures :-) I am based in Switzerland, where I practice architecture and teach yoga. We have a person locally in Cannero Riviera taking care of the Villa for us, she is always nearby, in case you need assistance during your stay. I am looking forward to hosting you and wish you a great stay in our beautiful Villa by the lake.
