The large balcony with outdoor lounge overlooks the swimming pool, gardens and has panoramic views of the Mediterranean. A separate fitted kitchen is designed and equipped to high standards offering a second option of dining area. The rest of the residence consists of 3 bedrooms; master bedroom is en-suite with siting area, and a modern home office with its own TV. Baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.
The location is perfect for relaxing beach holidays at a modern building that offers high privacy and security for its exclusive residents. There is a private path to the beach which features water sports, a long walking path along the beach, fish restaurants and gourmet dining at the nearby 5* hotels. The area has an eclectic selection of restaurants, cafes and shops as well as the some of the most prestigious bars of Limassol.
The entire apartment and balcony are for your own exclusive use for up to 6 people! Communal outdoor swimming pool, Gym, and gardens.

We will personally welcome you to the Apartment to hand over the keys, give you a tour and be of any assistance.

We will meet you at the apartment to hand over the keys and take the
initial electricity meter reading. Any outstanding balance and damage
deposit has to be paid before moving in.
We will meet you at the apartment at the pre-arranged check out time
to collect the keys and refund the damage deposit. Final electricity
meter reading taken and paid by guest before check-out. A check will be carried out to ensure that the property is in a clean state and that no damages have occurred, before any deposit is returned. *Electricity and water is charged per meter reading and paid by guest at check-out in cash.
WHEN YOU LEAVE:
• Switch off the lights
• Turn off electrical appliances and air conditioning, except fridge
• Lock all doors and windows
• Leave the property clean and tidy
• Take out the rubbish
