The space
When you stay here you're not just renting this house, you get to experience the beautiful views around the property and can hike the rolling hills to take in the panoramic view, explore the intricate details of the lush trails that wind through the woods. Let the calm soak into your soul as you relax in a hammock, journal, draw or read a book. A respite from chaotic city life. We hope our little house will be a place of rest during your journey on the road or in life. Pets are welcome but you need to select to add an additional guest so that an extra $10 is added to the booking which is for cleaning up after the animals.
---Details about our tiny house---
* We are updating the place as we get the money and time, so it's rustic, crafty, something's are unfinished but it's a very special space to us and we've put alot of love into it.
* You will be next to our permaculture food forest and another tiny house that is also rented on Airbnb.
* Wifi is weak in the house but there's a small signal in the king bed loft & kitchen, sometimes you can get a good signal on the porch, but there's a cute sitting area by the garden and fence where you will get the best wifi signal, if you use the umbrella please put it down when you're done so the wind doesn't break it.
* Pets are welcome but add the extra guest fee to your reservation and bring your own bedding for your pets and please lay something over the couch so they don't get snot or mud on it. If you don't have anything then please instead of a blanket, use a sheet out of the basket in closet behind the blue curtain. thank you
* We have a huge bathtub and we provide essential oil bath bombs or salts
* There's a fold down table that looks like a big painting on the wall, you can see the latch on the top to undo and you can fold it out to use for eating, work, art and board games etc.. (just don't sit on it)
* Stools for sitting at table are between the fridge and book shelf
* The couch can be adjusted to lay down into a bed and the arms can be flat or raised up.
* On demand propane hot water heater (read house manuel for instructions)
* There is a composting toilet (read house manuel for instructions)
* A mini-fridge
* A cooking top with pots, pans, colander, measuring cups and spoons and other cooking utensils.
* Air fryer/ toaster oven has lots of settings to make cookies, toast, 12"pizza etc..
* There's a propane fireplace for keeping the house warm and cozy during cold season ( read house manuel for instructions)
* You have your own fire pit outside where you can cook food and roast marshmallows to your hearts content.
* We may have other campers staying on the property so just be respectful of their stay and they are reminded to do the same for you.
*There are board games in the house but we have more in our home that you can borrow by request...we have Catan, Lattice, Pente, Qbitz, Wildcraft, Spot it, Stratego, Amazing Labrynth, Architects of the West Kingdoms
* We love sharing our land with whoever God sends our way, we love to share about permaculture and speak into people's lives and hearts with destiny, encouragement and truths so please feel free to chat with us. But if not that's ok, rest here, feel the love and just be.
* We offer long term options with a discount as well.
* For big families or groups you can rent out this tiny house and our friend Stephanie's Gorgeous tiny house that is about 70 ft away.
see it here->
* If you would like more of a camping experience we have a few sites available on hipcamp.

My husband and I are agricultural missionaries and we "home"school our 3 kids. We love healing people and land. We have a permaculture farm where people are welcome to stay to learn from us or to just enjoy the glorious midwest rolling hills. We are also artists, crafters and educators of natural and supernatural truths.

During your stay

We live in a yellow house about 450' away through the woods. We have kids but we will make sure they respect your time here. We may be working on projects outside or inside but feel free to find us if you need anything or have questions. We can share with you about permaculture and divine design in creation, we are also a place of healing and refuge so if you need prayer, dream interpretation or would like to hear some crazy awesome miracle stories we would love to encourage and bless you! And if you just want to be left alone that's totally fine too. Come rest and be.
