Other things to note
We hope, if you are staying for more than one week that you water the plants on the terraces so others can enjoy them too. Also, for long term guests, if you move furniture please put it back where you found it. The cleaning fee is not a furniture moving fee.
• Check-in time is 2PM.
Parking: The Hideaway guests (lower apartment) park at the other end of the drive so both cars can get in and out freely. The Retreat (upper apartment) parks under the carport closest to the house.
If you intend having extra guests this must be agreed upon before your stay.
Parties at the house are strictly forbidden.
Please no smoking!
ALL trash must be disposed of in the BLACK trash cans on Hume Road and not in the green cans on the property or on Hume Road.
