Steps to our PRIVATE BEACH, FREE COVERED PARKING. WALK TO DINING AND BARS at our 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1200sf+ condo with Gulf views. Walk beach for miles/swim in large swimming pool overlooking Lemon Bay. Gorgeous ocean sunsets & harbor sunrises.
Split bedroom model. Primary bedroom in rear has King bed, shower and tub with two sinks, walk-out to large lanai. See & hear ocean waves from bed and lanai.
Bedroom 2 in front has two twins & full shower bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen.

The space
Our 2nd floor, elevator accessed unit is in an upscale, beautifully landscaped, bay to beach complex on Manasota Key. The split bedroom floor plan allows for maximum privacy.
Our kitchen has everything you need for meal and drink prep including a blender, drip and Keurig coffee makers, toaster, fridge with ice maker, and more. You can prepare everything from breakfast to cocktails for dining in at the 6-person dining table. Also you can dine on the covered and screened lanai on which you feel you are in a treehouse.
Bedroom and lanai feature a partial view of the Gulf and full view of the courtyard amid the palm trees and stunning landscape. For your indoor entertainment there are two flat screen smart televisions with cable, DVDs, cards, books and games. High speed internet included. For your outdoor enjoyment, we share our beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, floats, toys and bikes.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo and all common areas including the pool, clubhouse and docks.

Other things to note
Come unwind at our whimsical, beach-themed condo. I counted just 200 paces from our front door to the sand. We provide beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a few beach toys for your enjoyment.
Our covered parking space is just outside our building and so convenient with elevator access to our second floor unit.
5 restaurants, a bar, a convenience store and 2 gift shops are a mile from our condo. 4 of the restaurants have live music and offer everything from pizza, salads and sandwiches to steak and fresh seafood.
Grocery stores and many more dining options are just across the bridge. Many golf courses and parks are also close-by.

Neighbourhood highlights

Manasota Key has a distinct Old Florida charm. It’s a great place to get away from it all but the area also offers plenty of entertainment and dining options. There are four major public beaches within 10 miles, all with their unique charms. Love baseball? The Atlanta Braves and Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training facilities are within 15 miles of our condo, or come see minor league teams at these stadiums. There are several golf courses, including two Golf Digest 41/2 Star courses. Plenty of deep sea fishing charters, kayak , SUP and jet ski rentals are just across the bridge. There are many state parks and ecological parks to explore. Take an eco tour in a clear bottom kayak or visit Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park, Florida’s 3rd largest state park with more than 43,000 acres. Just up the road in Venice, rent a bike and travel the Legacy Bike Trail running from the old Venice railroad station along an old railroad trail to Sarasota. The drive home through the canopy of trees on the coast road is beautiful and unique.
Five restaurants, some stores and a coffee shop are within a one mile walk. Many restaurants have live entertainment and one, The SandBar, has a stage and dance floor suspended over the water. Or, hop in your car for a short drive to many more dining options within a few miles. Visit one of the craft breweries, wineries or a rum distillery. There are also opportunities close by for theatre and arts experiences along with the unique experience of the drum circle on the beach. 18 miles away is Gasparilla Island State Beach Park with a lighthouses and a charming town where you can get an ice cream and enjoy good meals and some shopping.
