The bedrooms are outfitted with 3 Kings, 1 Queen and 1 Double bed, ensuring you and your group have a restful sleep each night. The additional pull-out sofa in the living area can provide extra bedding if needed.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This property includes exterior security cameras for your safety and peace of mind. Our house is located very close to Sunset Beach, just a minute's walk away. There are also trails at the end of the road for leisurely walks or bike rides. The famous Welland Canal trail, a scenic paved pathway along the entire canal, is also nearby.
Please note the outdoor furniture will not be available during late fall and winter between Mid October and April.

There are exterior security cameras at the front(1) and back(1) of the house to monitor for any potential damage, intruders, animals, and guest numbers:

Devices will be recording and checked ONLY if there is an incident or reasonable cause to check for safety and damage concerns.
There are noise sensors installed inside and outside of the property. This is to ensure the noise level is kept appropriate as this is a quiet private neighbourhood.
Please note this property is located directly across from sunset beach which is also beside a water treatment plant. At rare occasions there can be a slight smell coming from the water treatment plant.
