At may 2020 built 70m2, bright, beautiful and harmonic log-cottage, with 1 bedroom and loft. Cottage has all the modern comforts, also Sauna and atmospheric fireplace. Cottage locaited 14 km from Rovaniemi center. Cottage stands on a high hill, right near the shore of the lake Sierijärvi. Thanks to large windows, in front of you opens amazing view to the lake. In the winter, if you are lucky, you can admire the northern lights from the window. Cottage lake-shore is in the state of nature.
The space
Cottage has well eguipped kitchen.
There is also heatpump, where you can get cooler or extra heating.
Bed´s in the cottage are for 7 people (one couple bed for two person) in bedroom, 3 beds at the loft (loft is upstairs) and sofa bed for two at living room. It´s also possible have one children travel bed and highchair for one children under 2 years old.
In the summer there´s available rowing boat (electric motor you get at request), which is comfortable to stop by, for example for a night trip fishing on the midnight sun. In the summer at terance are dining table, 2 sun chairs and grill. Also at the lake shore is fireplace, where is nice to spend time, fry example sausage or marshmallows.. (Of course in the summer must take into account possible forest fire warnings)
If you have your own snowmobil, it´s possible to leave snowmobiling directly from the cottage yard. In the winter you can icefish at lake. We have snowshoes for four people, so you can make trip in to the winter forest. Also cottage offers some sleds and sliders and kids have safe place to play at cottage yard.
Lightening cross-country ski trails (in the winter), nature trails and mountain bike routes (in the summer) located 500m from the cottage (you got to have our own skis.)

There is available rent a Hot tub for extra charge, in tub fits 8 people, it´s last on the pictures. Adults and kids both have liked it, it´s very relaxing. If you are interested of renting the Hot Tub, we tell you details of that.
Also for extra charce is available Two Sup Boards (at summer) and one adults size (size L) Fatbike.

For one car we have carport, and in the yard fits other cars also.
To the cottage is no public transport, we recommend to use your own car, rent it or use taxi´s to get here
To the Rovaniemi center is about 14km. Nearest shop and restaurant locaids 11km from the cottage.
Near (1,4 km from the cottage) locaids Reindeer-farm and Husky farm, if those interest you, these places you can inquire their activities, availability and prices separately.
The cottage area is privet, peaceful and it is very safe at here.
We live near the cottage, (about 100m, there are trees between, so privacy stays), so it is very easy for you, if you need help or something, this are handled quickly.
