Bow, Washington, United States

Samish Island is a drive on penninsula so no ferries. It is a five-mile bike ride from Edison's cafes and art galleries. It's a one mile+ walk to the "Flower Farm", a Skagit Land Trust nature preserve with a wide open south facing beach. There is a second public beach facing north to Canada. Skagit Valley offers miles of road biking and hiking trails. Hikes in the Chuckanuts, visits to LaConner, ferries to the San Juan Islands are all within 30 minutes.

On Saturdays you might smell the coffee beans roasting in the barn and join me for the experience. I love sharing my oasis under the firs and would love to see you out enjoying the garden spaces, playing a round of ping pong. or stretching out in the orchard. As a teacher, I'm fully involved in the art community and and can offer many local tips for adventures off the beaten path. Welcome.
