Located by a small, quiet lake less than 20km away from Tampere city centre, this log cabin is your perfect weekend get away. The two-bedroom cabin and an outdoor building with a wood-burning sauna and guest room, the property is perfectly sized for groups up to six people.

Please note 6 is the maximum group size for this cabin. This is a quiet location by a small lake and we cannot accommodate extra guests sleeping in tents etc.

The space
This is your traditional Finnish log cabin experience, with plenty of outdoor and indoor space for that peaceful getaway. Only a quick drive from Tampere along the E63 (road to Jyväskylä) the cabin benefits from good access to supermarkets and other amenities located in Kangasala and Linnainmaa.

Please note that guests are asked to bring own bedlinen and towels unless traveling from abroad, and while the cabin has cold water supply to the kitchen from a well on site, this water has a high mineral content and therefore has its own flavour. Although the water is drinkable we recommend you prepare to bring drinking water with you.

Other things to note
The property has an outdoor toilet (odorless!) and at the moment, there is no hot water tap indoors. Hot water can be heated on the stove or in the large vat in the sauna.

Please also note that the water in the tap has high mineral content and has a strong flavour. While it is drinkable we recommend you bring your own drinking water with you.

Pillows and blankets are provided but guests are kindly asked to bring their own bedsheets and towels. Soap and toiletpaper are also provided.

Please respect the maximum number of allowed guests - 6.
