This modern and fresh penthouse Loft is located at the very base of the Bavarian alps. Designed as a classic mountain chalet, you can expect a perfect mountain hideaway for your vacation. Uniquely located in the absolute center of town it is situated at the same time only a stonesthrow from the most popular hiking paths, ski slopes and mountainbiking trails.
If City Sightseeing, shopping and dining out is more your thing, it's right around the corner.

The space
The apartment is located right in the heart of the historical center of Garmisch Partenkirchen with the famous Ludwigstraße right in front of the doorstep. In the apartment you will have everything you need and we are dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible so don’t hesitate to let us know if there is anything we can help you with.
You want to bring your entire Family, or maybe a friend or two? We can help you house everybody.

This light flooded loft has two separate bedrooms, a mezzanine, a large modern and open living room/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen as well as two large balconies, one facing northeast and one facing southwest. The magnificent mountain panorama speaks for itself. You will be hard pressed to find a better view of the famous alps.
The main bedroom has a king size bed (160x200cm) as well as a foldout bed (180x200cm) in case you want to bring your little ones or maybe a friend or two. In the second bedroom there is another large double bed (140x200cm) and in our cozy mezzanine there are 2 more single beds for additional sleeping options or just to hang.
To round everything off, the ski bus stops right in front of the house making it a piece of cake to reach enough ski slopes to last for weeks as well as the tallest mountain in Germany, the Zugspitze.
If you want to bring more friends or just curious about the apartment, just ask us and we will gladly tell you about all the available options.

Other things to note
Please note that all guests will be charged a fee of 3.5€ per person per Night for the tourist tax which is mandatory for all guests visiting Garmisch. Children under 6 year of age are free of charge and children between 6 and 15 pay 1€ per night. This tourism-tax has nothing to do with our apartment and is being charged directly from the city of Garmisch . Added costs are a bit annoying, we know but it helps keep city nice and clean and comes with a lot of benefits. If you want to learn more about this tax please visit the Garmisch Tourism Website.
