Comfortable apartment (45 m²) 1 bedroom Carabela-C704 on the beachfront, with a closed balcony with sliding windows with panoramic views (which open for sunbathing) of the sea, beach, promenade and everyday life. For beach and sun lovers, you can relax on the free public sandy beach with its beach bars and sun loungers 60 meters away or access the swimming pool at the foot of the building with a lifeguard, with a garden area and solarium (open in season, see photos for hours). In case of drought, the water supply and pool availability may be affected without refund due to restrictions.

Designed for a maximum of 2 people, with free Wi-Fi, it is composed of an entrance hall, with a living room (flat TV, Fire TV, NETFLIX, Prime, ASTRA satellite, German, French, English news channels) - dining room - closed balcony with sliding windows, American micro kitchen (2-burner ceramic hob, smoke extractor, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, conventional tabletop oven, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, filter coffee maker No. 4, kettle, toaster, juice extractor, cleaning products), 1 small bedroom (150x190cm bed) with sliding door and exterior window with sea view, blinds and curtains), bathroom with bathtub (washing machine, hair dryer, gel, shampoo, conditioner) and hall with built-in wardrobe with electric heater. On the 7th floor with 3 elevators. A security deposit by credit card is required 3 days before entry, released the next day from the exit. Bath and hand towels are provided, but not beach towels. Please bring them.

Large free parking (summer weekends are more complicated). Accessible by vehicle to the door. No car needed. Everything is accessible on foot. Shops and bus 2 minutes walk away, with good connections to the surrounding white villages and the big cities.

Other things to note
This accommodation is managed by a private owner and not a hotel or agency. It is essential to coordinate the arrival time before booking.

House rules:

1. BOOKING :
- Guests are requested to inform us of their arrival time.
- It is forbidden the entry of more people than those booked and a maximum of 2 people are accommodated, including babies and children, who also count as adults, with additional charges of 125€/night if this number is exceeded.
2. SERVICES INCLUDED AND SUPPLEMENTS :
- The services included are: access to the swimming pool (in season see photo in advertisement), towels (only for internal use of the house, not beach towels, bring them with you), bed linen, wifi, water consumption.
- Electricity consumption is included up to 8kw/h per night, if abused 0,30 euros kw/h will be charged. We will read together the electricity meter, which is in the accommodation and you can see your consumption at any time. For long winter stays the electricity consumption is not included.
3. COLLECTION OF KEYS:
- Delivered personally by the owner
4. CHECK-IN / ARRIVAL:
- Check-in between 16:00 and 19:00pm (Malaga airport) extendable until 20:00 if arriving by private vehicle. Outside these hours, no check-in will take place.
- Identification of all occupants is requested as in hotels.
- Useful information on the use of appliances and places of interest is provided.
5. DEPARTURES / CHECK-OUT :
- All year round at 10:00 am, except in summer (school holidays) which is at 09:00 am.
6. SECURITY DEPOSIT :
- A few days before arrival you will receive an online link to fill in with your ID / passport information, then you will have to make a bank imprint with a credit card of a refundable security deposit of 200€, which will be returned to you 3 days after your departure and finally you will have to register with the ID of your companion.
7. ADDITIONAL RULES:
- Excessive noise that disturbs the neighbours, both day and night, is forbidden. As well as parties, events or stag and hen parties that disturb the neighbours (22:00pm-08:00am).
- Pets and smoking are not allowed, and the accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the size of the bathroom.
- For couples and business travellers only.
- Use of the accommodation is limited to contracted guests and no more people than contracted are allowed.
8. CLEANING
- Cleaning is at your own expense. We ask you to keep the kitchen clean (empty rubbish bins), to wash, dry and put back the crockery before leaving and to leave the bathroom and toilets in good condition. All the necessary cleaning products are available.

Hello, My wife and I, we have fallen in love with this Cucho apartment, for the beautiful views on the avenue, sea, beach and walk. We love this place, because no car is needed. Every once in awhile we get away and come to rest. Our favorite restaurant is El Bar Avenida y Fernando that makes menus of the day for €10, but there are many other great ones on the walk or eat some ice cream on the promenade at the Buenavista Heladería. Torrox-Costa is a quiet and familiar place, flat, and with shops within reach of everyone. I speak Spanish, but my daughter-in-law, Sabina, will help me for the languages.
