Beautiful beach house with swimming pool, lots of outdoor space and beautiful views of the mountains. Perfect for families or groups of friends to enjoy. Close to the Atlantic forest so it is peaceful and lots of birds!
Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need, fantastic barbecue area for small parties. Great WiFi, perfect for home office and Smart TV.
All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning and their own private bathrooms (Bed bed linen and bath towels are not provided).

The space
The outdoor and indoor space is solely for your use. No one will be sharing the swimming pool with you. The house is well positioned so you get the sun all day in the garden and swimming pool, the sun heats up the pool so you can enjoy a evening swim! Lots of seating areas and you have an outdoor shower area.
Gardens are well kept and there are a lot of varieties of birds who visit the garden! Quiet and peaceful as it is close to the Atlantic forest.
