Approx. 5000 sq ft on 3 levels. Main level Features a Chefs kitchen, Beautiful Master BR w/ Ensuite, private office, living room w/fireplace, Dining Area, half bath, mud room and garage area with boot dryers . 2 BR over the garage each with queen bed and 1 full bath . The 2000 sq ft basement w 10ft ceilings offers a full entertainment area featuring Large bar, Pool table, foosball and 75” TV . The other half has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, two bedrooms have a queen and the 3rd has a queen with a single over double bunk bed. Outside you will find oversized patio space on 2 levels w/ a hot tub and oversized fire pit surrounded by nature.

in the event the hot tub is not working we will do everything we can to fix it, should we not be able to fix we will give a discount of 25$ a night during your stay.

* Internet is Telus Rural Cellular service which limits the speed in the house, it is suggested that you avoid connecting phones/devices to the wifi unless it is absolutely necessary as it will cause the internet to not work for anything. Currently the internet is used for smart home system, Sonos system and smart tv in the basement and master bedroom to connect to Netflix etc.
