• LOCATION: With a 98 Walk Score, we’re only a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants & cafes, while still being on a residential street.
• FREE PARKING: One free parking space is provided at a nearby garage - a 10 minute walk. This is a rarity in South Beach, where parking prices start at $20 a day. You can also park for free on the street out front from Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm.
• KITCHEN: Unlike hotel rooms, you have a well equipped kitchen available (heads up: no oven!) Cook your own meals or enjoy takeout at the bistro table from one of the many nearby restaurants.

WHAT YOU SHOULD CONSIDER:
• HISTORIC: Our building is classic, which is a polite way to say that it’s a little old. It’s clean and well maintained, but does have some age related wear.
• THIN WALLS: Being an older building, some sound transmission is inevitable. We provide ear plugs, just in case.
• SMALL SPACE: This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment measures 564 square feet. It’s perfect for 2-4 guests, but can sleep up to 7 guests in a pinch (though it will feel very snug at full capacity).
