Beautiful 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom cabin on the water with a private beach!

The space features a bright and airy, open concept main living area looking out onto the water. A fully finished basement features activities such as ping pong, foosball, a newly added custom arcade, skeeball machine, gas fireplace and wetbar! The cabin features a water facing, fully covered deck.

The space
The main floor features a bunk room, a queen bedroom and a king master bedroom with an ensuite. There is another full bathroom upstairs and main floor laundry.

The basement features two additional queen bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Both the main floor couch and basement couch fold out into double beds.

The space is air-conditioned, has wifi throughout and features a natural gas.

Other things to note
House Rules:
Our cabin is located in a quiet community and the following house rules are to be followed at all times:

- Use of the two docks located on either side of our property is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. These are not our docks and are on private property.
- Fireworks/firecrackers are STRICTLY PROHIBITED
- Gimli and area noise by-law is in effect 11:00 pm - 7:00 am daily, and reports of noisy/disruptive behavior during this time will not be tolerated
- Rowdy/disruptive/ behavior that is disrespectful/damaging to the unit, it’s contents, the property, community or others who live in the area will NOT be tolerated.

Failure to comply with the house rules will result in you/your groups immediate removal from the property, without refund.
