Cape Horn is a large architect-designed single-family home right on the beach and swamps on Nesodden. The house is 5 minutes walk from the boat to Aker Brygge and is located in very rural surroundings at the end of a cul-de-sac. This is the perfect holiday home, but with everything a single-family home accommodates of WiFi, soft beds, bathrooms with heated floors and large living spaces. Perfect for the ones that like bigger dinners around the long table and a morning bath in the dressing room.

The space
The house has two stand-alone annexes with sleeping places and can house large family or friends. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house, one bathroom and 4 meter bed bench in the largest annex, and a 180 cm bed in a cosy room above the garage. The main house has two large living rooms with fireplace, two large terraces with room for long table, one under roof. The terrace in 2 floors has railings that are not childproof, so this is used at your own risk.

The house is located in a peaceful neighborhood about 30 meters from the seafront with public beach and swab with diving board right in front of the house. Good 24-hour sun and evening sun on both terraces.
