Beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a private dock on Kentucky Lake. Home is located on the waters of Little Bear Cove.

It is the perfect place to enjoy time away with your family read a book or enjoy a cup of coffee on one of the outdoor spaces with a beautiful lake view or enjoy soaking in the hot tub.

The home is 1/2 mile from cedar hill market and 3 miles from Moors!

Dock is accessible by boat during summer pool (Memorial-Labor Day). Water levels vary, it is controlled by TVA.

The house includes two living areas on separate levels. The main level has two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a deck with seating off the living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and a laundry room. The basement has two bedrooms and a bathroom, a kitchenette, with a concrete patio and firepit.

The walk to/from the water is steep. It is accessible by a 4WD vehicle on the gravel path. There is a flat area at the bottom to sit in chairs by the lake!

If you have a smaller group, request to book one floor!

Water levels at the dock vary based on rain and levels of Kentucky lake.

No parties or events allowed per AIRBNB requirements due to COVID.
