**Concrete Restoration Update:**

We are pleased to announce that the concrete restoration has been successfully completed, and the balcony is now ready for your enjoyment.
The facade restoration project, which includes work on the balconies, exterior walls, and the garage area are undergoing on the opposite side of the building. While this important work enhances the property, guests may experience some noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve the building’s exterior and overall guest experience..

**Check-In/Check-Out Information:**

- **Check-In:** Available from 3 PM onward.
- **Check-Out:** By 11 AM please.
- **Parking:** Your reservation includes a parking spot conveniently located in the attached building garage.
- **Transportation:** Should you require a cab or Uber from the airport to our property, the approximate cost will be USD 50.

**Amenities:**

Towels, linens, hair dryers, Beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart are provided for your convenience.

**Early Check-In/Late Check-Out Policy:**

We cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out if there are guests checking in or out on the same day. However, you are welcome to drop off your luggage any time after 11 AM on the check-in day or leave it until 3 PM on the check-out day. Please place your bags neatly in a corner of the living room so that our cleaners can maintain the space easily.

**Package Delivery Information:**

You can receive packages from services like Amazon, UPS, DHL, etc. Please note:
- Packages cannot be picked up after 10 PM.
- Short-term guests are responsible for any received packages, with the following fees:
- Small packages: $5 each
- Large packages: $10 each
