Our upscale privately gated home is within a 5 minute walk from the renowned Santa Fe Railyard area and Farmers Market, only a mile from the historic Downtown Plaza. Enjoy this lush, Aspen filled enclosed property in the hot tub by the outdoor Kiva fireplace, underneath the southwest style portal or in the indoor full size Jacuzzi tub surrounded by candles. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, home entertainment system and indoor/ outdoor speakers for Bluetooth music connectivity.

The space
The home has two private bedrooms with an additional pull out queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the reading nook/ wood burning stove fireplace room. Both bathrooms have rain showers with one en-suite to the master bedroom and the guest bath by the kitchen has the Jacuzzi tub. Wonderful large dining area with french doors opening to the outdoor garden veranda for dinner parties or a quiet evening and an incredibly cozy main living room for movie entertainment.
