The Studio House was a warm, comfortable, well designed space. The fireplace was an extra nice touch.
We were thrilled to be Stew and Rebecca's guests for 3 days. The welcome bottle of wine introduce us to a local winery and was a thoughtful personal touch. They also left helpful tips on the area and provided bikes for us to get around.
Rebecca and Stew are well known and regarded in the county; everywhere we went, people were happy to engage us in conversation and provide further recommendations for activities and sites.
We will be happily recommending the spot to friends and family.
How can we put it? Well, our hosts were just fantastic! Generous with recommendations as to where to eat, what winery to visit, etc. The Studio House is a gem in the wine paradise that is Prince Edward County. You feel right at home at the Studio House with evrerything you can hope for in a cozy and romantic hideaway...while beinb located right in the heart of Wellington! Our sole regret is that we feel compelled to reveal how wonderful the place and the hosts are and run the risk that it becomes sooo popular that we never again have an opportunity to book! Well, we will take that risk because evryone should get to enjoy The Studio House in Wellington, PEC.
A great stay at the Studio House! Rebecca and Stew don't miss an opportunity to enhance their guests experience. From the complimentary bottle of wine to welcome us to making a Provincial Park parking pass available for use, Rebecca and Stew have definitely far exceeded the typical responsibilities of good hosts. A + for attention to detail!!!
This was our first time staying at an Air BnB, and it definitely won't be our last!
The studio house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a weekend getaway. We loved the suggestions Rebecca had left for us! And the bottle of wine
Wonderful little house right on the main drag in Wellington. Beautifully decorated. Small but comfortable! Nice touches throughout.
Try the restaurant down the street at the Drake hotel after you hang out at the beach across the street!
We arranged with Rebecca to have some friends and family stay at the Carriage House for a wedding celebration we held in Prince Edward County. Rebecca and Stewart were friendly and accommodating, and made sure the guests were well looked after throughout their stay. We would recommend the Carriage House to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay while in Prince Edward County!
This is a great spot for exploring PEC. So comfortable, central and funky! We loved it.
About the Host, Rebecca
My husband Stewart and I have lived in the County for 2 years now-he is a visual artist and I have a food truck (PicnicPEC) and work in the television industry. We are so pleased to be able to provide accommodations to people who would like to experience Prince Edward County. There is so much to see, do and eat here and we will happily guide you along according to your interests. From antiquing, cycling, winery tours, farmers markets, beaches, fishing, golfing, picnics spots and great restaurants, there is something for everyone. And we are happy make suggestions. When we travel we love to fully immerse ourselves in the area; shop for local food, cook at home and eat out. That is why AirBnB is such a great option for people who like to travel in this way.
