On the upper floor, we have 4 suites, as follows:

For people with reduced mobility, there is a small elevator with a capacity of 120 kg. (DOOR WIDTH 50 CM). Check the size of your wheelchair in advance)
Swimming pool supplied directly from one of the springs, with a children's area and a natural water whirlpool, without heating.
All the water that supplies the house comes from its own 3 sources, which allows you to drink the water from the sink with complete peace of mind.
We provide the potability certificate for your safety.
The living and dining rooms have pine floors and are decorated with 1930s furniture, a huge fireplace, 70" Smart TV, large sofas and reading chairs.
Wireless Internet in all environments for your leisure or so you can continue to work remotely while breathing the pure mountain air!
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, stove, freezer and refrigerator.
Service area with 2 tanks, large outdoor clothesline, plus washer and dryer.
We rarely need it, but in case of power failure we have an automatic generator.
We have a caretaker who lives on the property and is available for any guest needs regarding the operation of the house during the stay.
Monitoring of external access and swimming pool is done by cameras to ensure your safety.
We are pet-friendly, but we only accept up to 2 animals per reservation. Guests are responsible for any damages the animal may cause.
Internal parking for 8 cars, 2 of which are covered, with access to the house via an electronic gate.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all indoor and outdoor areas of the property except the basement room where the owner's furniture and personal belongings are kept.

- No smoking in the interior of the house.
- No events and parties
- We ask that any visits by people outside the hosting group be PREVIOUSLY agreed and communicated to the owner.
- For the safety of your group, it is expressly forbidden to use glass utensils, as well as unaccompanied minors in the pool area.
- We are pet-friendly, but we ask for common sense and care for the property, not allowing your animal to enter the pool, do not climb on the sofas/beds and that the needs are always made outside the house.
- For groups over 8 people there is an additional fee per extra guest per day. A maximum of 10 people.
- The number of guests in the reservation is verified at check in, and we ask that there is no change, so as to avoid inconvenience.
- After 22 hrs, the homemakers will only respond to emergency cases.
- Any order placed by the guest after 22 hrs (Ifood ; pharmacy ; etc) must be taken directly by the same at the gate.
