The space
Our cozy and renovated lakehouse offers a tranquil escape to a minimalistic modern & rustic atmosphere. Spacious 2000+ square foot house with 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bath, fully equipped kitchen and dining space, two large terraces, spacious backyard area with a propane fire pit , and private dock (with complimentary kayak access) overlooking Lake Wilcox with direct sunset views.

Walking distance to all the nearby amenities at Wilcox Park (beach volleyball, basketball courts, picnic areas, children's splash pad, skatepark, ice skating - the list goes on!) and minutes away from all necessities and other activities (golf courses, biking/hiking trails, treetop trekking) - this lakehouse is the perfect spot to unwind and relax while offering access to endless activities all year-round.
