This conveniently located, spacious, bright and breezy apartment is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful island of Grenada. With views over Calivigny Island It is only a 5 minute drive from the world famous Grand Anse beach, and a 15 minute walk from Clark’s Court Bay Marina.

The space
The apartment consists of a living area, fitted kitchen, shower room, WC and one double bedroom with built in wardrobe storage. I also have an adjoining 2 bed apartment which can be connected by a common door for larger families or groups of friends.

The apartment is a 2 minute walk from one of the best local restaurants on the island, Andy's Soup Bowl where you can eat in or take away excellent local food at very low prices. You can walk to Clarks Court Bay Marina in 15 minutes in one direction. Grand Anse, where you can pick up buses to the beaches, the capital St Georges and all the major attractions, is about the same walk in the other direction.

I am a Brit who has lived and worked in Grenada for the best part of the last 10 years. I have lived in both the apartments I now rent out but have now married my partner Antonio, had a baby girl and moved to our new family home. I take a real pride in my rentals which I personally ensure are clean and well equipped. I love this Island which I call home and am very happy to share all my favourite places and local knowledge with my guests. I do have a full time job working in the marine sector but whenever possible I like to meet my guests at the airport or marina when they arrive to take them to the apartments and show them around. If this is not possible I will work with you to ensure that your transfer is as easy as possible.
