As 4th generation natives of Flagstaff, we are proud to offer this space. New construction with a modern but comfortable feel. We have a full kitchen which includes:stove/oven, refrigerator (with ice maker), microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, blender & toaster. We even provide coffee & tea. Washer & dryer in unit. One Bedroom with a king size bed and closet space. One full bathrooms. Sofa bed in the living room area for extra guests. Just a note, we do not allow pets.

The space
Right in the middle of downtown Flagstaff. Within walking distance of most restaurants & bars.

Guest access
We have one parking space per unit. Any additional vehicles must be parked on the elsewhere. Just a note, overnight street parking is prohibited between the month of November through March for snow removal purposes. There are pay parking garages in the downtown area that can accommodate additional vehicles.

Our beautiful, new building is located in the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Our location provides walking access to all downtown activities. We are located across the street from the Sunshine Rescue Mission. This is a Christian based mission that provides meals and services to some of our less fortunate community members. In light of our location, we have taken precautions to make sure our guests have a safe and enjoyable stay. Those precautions include a modern security system with live streaming video & monitoring.
