All about Leanne’s place

Spacious 3 bedroom stone-built terraced house with lots of outside space including a beautiful front garden in Lowerhouse, Burnley. Fully furnished with modern kitchen and bathroom and garden equipped with tables and chairs. The house and garden looks out onto the local woods and the Lowerhouse fishing lodge is just a 2 minute walk. Located near to local shopping facilities, Lowerhouse Cricket Club, bus routes to Burnley and Padiham town centres and access to the M65 motorway network.

The space
Our traditional terraced house has lots of character inside and outside. We have mixed modern decor with old features. It has a big, long, front garden and patio which is quite unusual in this area. There is also no road which keeps it free from traffic noise and the street feels hidden away surrounded by trees.

Lowerhouse is a popular area inbetween Burnley and Padiham and is conveniently located for amenities and transport links. Lowerhouse Lodge is a 2 minute walk and is popular for fishing and short walks. Access to Padiham Walkway and Leeds Liverpool canal are also very close by. A little further away is Gawthorpe Hall with its beautiful grounds, so there is lots of natural beauty and nice walks close by with Pendle Hill always in the background.

There are is also an abundance of local pubs, restaurants and takeaways to choose from.

We live on a friendly street where there is no road or access for cars, making it great for kids.

We are new to hosting on here. We bought 3 Wellesley Street in 2010 and have spent years working on it and getting it how we want it. After we finished the bathroom my husband was made redundant and got offered a job in France. Not wanting to sell the house and wanting to come back home often, we have decided to let it out. We just hope to get enough to cover the mortgage. We hope you enjoy the house and look after it like it was your own. Please don't hesitate to get in there touch with any questions.
