Neighbourhood highlights
Saseenos in a relatively warm area of Sooke. We have our own micro-climate created by the Sooke Basin which provides ideal conditions for growing fruit and vegetables. This area of Sooke was utilized in the early 1900s for farm land and orchards. You will still see many properties in the area with Apple, Pear, and cherry trees.
