Beautiful waterfront property, stunning views of Georgian Bay, outdoor private surroundings, fire pit, outdoor tables and seating. Within a 2 minute walk to local restaurants, beach variety store and convenience store, mini-golf and go karts. 10 minute drive from Midland local shops, grocery stores, restaurants, mall and movie theatre.

The space
This is a place to find creative inspiration and relaxation. The views are incredible and we hope that we can inspire your group to take some time to unplug and enjoy good old fashion connection.

This listing is for ONE Scandinavian cottage available for rent for up to 6 guests. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 kitchens and seating areas. There is one snitch – this cottage are not suitable for infant/toddlers and children under 5 years of age. Please check back with us at a later date when we can better accommodate your group if you have small children with you.

Unlimited Wifi is available on site to connect your devices and Netflix accounts on those rainy days.

Feel free to access our boat house and use our kayaks (there are 2) or SUP paddle board. There are also water toy rentals a 2 minute walk away if you require further amenities.

TENANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO LEAVE THE COTTAGE TIDY AND IN ORDER (cleaning supplies available on site)

WE ARE ON A SEPTIC SYSTEM - please do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet paper and bodily waste.

** We love pets, but we cannot make exceptions for hosting your pet during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ASKING ABOUT AN EXCEPTION. This includes hypoallergenic animals.

Guests will have full access to the open-concept cottage, patio, and waterfront deck and share pathway with other guests in other cottage on property. You will share the waterfront with other guests on the property (only 1 cottage). Not a public beach, private to tenants of the 2 cottages on our property.

We ask that you lock all doors and windows when not in the home.
