Come join us for a charming farm stay at Sunrise Farm located in western Wisconsin less than one hour from the Twin Cities! Nestled away on 14 acres of beautiful and tranquil farmland, the RV camper provides all the comforts of home for family and friend getaways. We’re here to help you move away from screens and reconnect with nature and animals. The 2021 season began April 30 and ends October 17. The 2022 season begins May 5.

The space
On the farm you’ll be able to spend fun-filled days hiking our well-maintained secluded forest trails (we're introducing geocaching in 2021), take walks with the six adorable Nigerian Dwarf goats, give belly rubs to Kunekune pigs, watch the funny antics of chickens and ducks, and enjoy a ride in a vintage John Deere wagon. You'll be able to pick both eggs, flowers, and/or fresh vegetables (seasonal) from the large garden, and play outdoor yard games (i.e. frisbee, horseshoe, corn hole, bocci ball, enjoy a large swing, hammocks, or ride a bike). In addition, you can visit the breathtaking Willow River Waterfall located minutes away (daily pass required). And when the day is done, kick back and share some tall tales around an evening campfire, chasing fireflies, stargazing, and admiring the moon in the night’s sky. There are no streetlights here!

Complete with an ultra-comfortable queen-size bed, a sofa sleeper, and bunk beds along with a TV/DVD/Stereo with soundbar, central AC (or heat), hot & cold running water, and yes, both a modern kitchen and bathroom, we’ve got plenty of space for you to relax and recharge. And just because you’re escaping the “wild” to visit the wilderness doesn’t mean you can’t be comfortable too. We provide sheets, pillows with pillowcases; however, we require you TO BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS AND BATHROOM TOWELS.

We want you to explore everything nature and the surrounding area has to offer because that’s the real fun of country life. Our charming farmstead is within minutes of some of the best sightseeing and summer activities including a breathtaking waterfall adventure at the Willow River State Park, swimming and/or fishing at spectacular Perch Lake, and even some trout fishing at the Eagles Roost Trout Farm (located one mile down the road). Also, there are beautiful prairie lands with three lakes located on public DNR land just a short walk down our driveway and across the road that provides the most spectacular sunset which you can see using our two kayaks (ask us for more details).

Contact us today if you have questions about our location, local amenities, or other exciting opportunities in the area and we’ll be happy to introduce you to our little slice of country heaven!

Animals and nature make me happy and I have the opportunity to share our little slice of farm life with you at Sunrise Farm of Wisconsin’s Airbnb farm stay and interactive animal experience.
During your stay
Because this is a farm stay with an emphasis on the animals, the hosts will initially be with the guests for their first interaction with the goats and pigs, and the "how to" when with the chickens, ducks, goats, and pigs. A parent must be present with their child(ren) at all times when interacting with any of the animals. No children 5 and under are allowed within the fenced living area of the animals. The animals are walked and free-ranged on a daily basis.
