This unique Apartment boasts high ceilings, an HD Multi Channel Tv in each private Bedroom. Originally a great sized lounge, now as the Apt has undergone a full refurbishment, the room is freshly re-modeled to a high spec.
All Private, lockable and secure Bedrooms, this is without doubt the largest, best room in the house, south facing, with a huge window allowing the sunshine in throughout the day.
For an under-priced tag, this booking offers a Bedroom, Study and Dining room all to yourself. Giving you the ultimate freedom to use the space for what ever purpose you need, night and day.
The Apartment is very well proportioned, with large rooms, on a leafy, sunny quite road in the heart of Batersea, SW11.
Whilst benefiting from it's modern refurbishment and amenities, the large Apartment holds on to it's best traditional decorative features.
The east side of the house faces the large, well kept garden at the back, which has seating, BBQ and a great place to hang out! The both sides of the Apartment receives great sunshine & light, depending on the time of day, as it benefits from it's first floor position.
There are sometimes two other double bedrooms available in the Apartment. I live in one of the bedrooms and really enjoy helping guests make their stay even more enjoyable & comfortable.

A large double bedroom, great sized kitchen, bathroom, and beautiful garden. All modern conditions, WiFi, HD multichannel TV and lots of storage.
The Apartment is very well situated to the major transport links in South London,
including Batersea Park & Batersea Bridge, which are both only a 10 minute walk away. Chelsea and the Kings Road is a 3-4 minute bus ride, or 15 minute walk over the scenic Batersea Bridge. Clapham Junction overground is less than 5 minutes on the bus, or a 10 minute walk, and is a major station on London's overground rail network. Batersea Park overground is 5-6 minutes by bus, or a 12 minute walk. Vauxall underground tube station is a 10 minute bus ride. Getting around is made even more simple by using tfl's journey planner website, where postcode and destination shows the fastest ways to get around in seconds.
Interaction with guests
I'm often told I'm friendly and a tentative host. Happy to also let those who prefer less (or little) interaction enjoy their privacy, and the spacious apartment, and large sunny garden to the back of the property. I sometimes stay at the apartment, and if not live next door, so always on hand if needed.
I have over 12 years knowledge of the area, having lived here for most of that time, so should you need it, I would be happy to advise you on any of your travel or site seeing plans.
Should you wish to cook your own meals, the Kitchen is large, well equipped, as are the Lounge, bathroom and all rooms very well proportioned.
I always strive to be fair, open minded. I love nights in, as well as out with friends, and am told that I am kind, fun and a considerate person. Your comfort, enjoyment and privacy are paramount to us, to make your stay as pleasurable as possible!
Other things to note
This room is often available to couples.
All booking do not include breakfast, however the kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. This includes the fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, plates, cutlery, toaster etc etc. As a general request of sharing the common parts, and respecting fellow occupants and the host - Guests are asked to kindly to clean up after themselves when using the Kitchen, shower rooms and toilets. Thank you for your understanding.
As this is a long stay property, every Tuesday one of the tenants are collectively responsible and required to dispose of rubbish in black bin liners (only). All black bin bags must only be stored in the fourth green wheelie bin, located in the far corner of the bin area, on the right hand side in the garden downstairs. It is the responsibility of all tenants, whilst staying at the property, to make sure that all waste bags (in black bin liners only) are put out the front of the building on the left hand side each Tuesday evening. At the same time, all plastic bottles, glass, cardboard and other recyclable materials, should be stored in the kitchen, put into the clear bags (with orange print on them) that are provided in the third drawer down in the kitchen. Failure to do so creates upset with the other residents and owners in the building, and therefore guests maybe subject to a fine if this simple duty is not adhered to jointly and severely, and respected at all times during your stay with us.
Due to other residents being disturbed by the washing machine / dryer and dishwasher provided in the Kitchen, all guests are asked to use these responsibly, making sure the machine is not running after 10pm each night. This will avoid further complaint from your neighbours in the building, and disturbing other guests.
Cleaning is provided for each guest booking before and after check in. Any professional cleaning service provided during long stays must be agreed with the owner directly. Guests must be respectful of their hosts, fellow tenants and neighbors, acting responsibly and within the terms of business of Air BnB. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, but, there is a large garden where you may smoke outside. The simple terms on guests in displayed here. This a private home, so should be treated as such by all guests.
Any bookings staying for a longer period than 2 nights, and / or guests who have booked using a special offer will have cleaning included for their room (and the property) for before check in, and after check out, any further cleaning required during a longer stay, including changing bed linen, and any cleaning or housekeeping is not included. However, should a regular cleaner be required, this can be pre-arranged with us. Simply ask us and we are open to discuss this with each guest.
Upon departure, your full key set remains the private property of the owners of this apartment, your full key set (given to you upon check in) must be left on the inside of your door (unless we organise for one of us to attend your check, or for your keys to be left elsewhere upon check out.) Please note that failure to leave your full key set with us as organised, and taking them with you when you leave is a criminal offence, and will leave us with no choice but to report this to the police, who will register this as a criminal offence and be in touch directly with said tenant, in the unlikely event that this should this occur.
