This newly renovated 4200 sq. ft. house provides an artsy atmosphere with chic decor. Inside this home you’ll find a real difference: professional series appliances, designer select finishes and cleverly designed layouts. Tastefully furnished and steps from hiking paths, natural scenery and a waterfront oasis.

>We have a 2-star trained Michelin chef. Please inquire for rates.
>Spa/Masseuse Package: $1500 (6 hours of treatments; 1.5 hour per treatment x 4 guests done in 1 day)
>Half Day Salmon Fishing Charter: $1200 / up to 4 persons
>Full Day Salmon Fishing Charter: $1900 / up to 4 persons
>Jet Skis (Full day rate): $500 per jet ski per day including gas (2 jet skis available)
>Boat Cruise Tour (3hrs): $150 per person; minimum 4 persons. Local points of interest around Indian Arm.
>Banana Boating: $250 per hour (up to 6 persons)
>Tubing: $250 per hour (up to 3 persons)\
TRANSPORTATION
Boat Transport
The rates outlined include Boat Transportation for 8 guests—one trip to and one trip return from Camp Murray. Extra charge of $250 roundtrip if additional boat rides are needed during the guest’s stay.
The Boat Transportation includes departing/returning from either Deep Cove Public Dock, North Vancouver or Reed Point Marina, Port Moody. Extra charges apply of $250 per way from pickup/drop-off to either St. Roch Public Dock or Lonsdale Quay, North Vancouver.
FLOATPLANE TRANSPORT:
Private floatplane transportation is available for your group to The Retreat. Departing from Coal Harbour, Downtown Vancouver or YVR Airport for 6 passengers at $1000/each way or for 14 passengers at $2000/each way (plus applicable taxes).
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
>Parking is available at daily rate at Reed Point Marina, Port Moody. Public parking on roadside at Deep Cove Public Dock.
>Check-in time is 4pm, checkout is 10am. Pickup at dock at 4pm.
>Daily activities to be booked 7 days in advance, fully paid prior arrival.
>A $3K Damage Deposit needs to be e-transferred prior to check-in. The damage deposit will be returned to you after check-out assuming that no damage took place to the property.
>A 5% GST Tax must be collected prior to check-in. Unfortunately, there is no way to charge GST on AirBnB directly and we have to account for this as part of our tax collection.

Guest access
Guests have access to everything on the property. There is a caretaker that lives on the property, but they live in a separate detached dwelling away from the main house. You won't see them or interact with them unless you require their assistance.
Other things to note
Please ensure that you carefully read and understand the House Rules.
All-out parties and binge-drinking types of events are NOT allowed. The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood and we would like to keep it that way.
