The space
Cas 23 is a luxury villa with private swimming pool on one of the most exclusive resorts of Curacao, "Coral Estate luxury resort". The special thing about Cas 23 is that you can enjoy both peace and the convenience of the many amenities that Coral Estate has to offer. The beautiful, full-service beach is within one minute's walking distance. Furthermore, the villa is very centrally located. You can be in Willemstad and Westpunt in half an hour. The various breathtaking beaches such as Porte Marie, Daaibooi and Cas Abou are practically around the corner. In short, all the ingredients to make your stay a top experience.
Location:
The villa is located on the Coral Estate luxury resort on the southwest coast of Curaçao. The resort is one of the most luxurious resorts in Curacao, fully enclosed with 24/7 security. It is set in a beautiful natural setting, with the Caribbean Sea on the southwest side, and the saliña (inland lake) on the northeast side. The saliña is part of the former salt pans, an area where flamingos now find their food. It is a beautiful rustic area near the town of St. Willibrordus, with its large church as a landmark. The Resort is about 350 hectares, of which only 30% is built up, and is located on a coastline of no less than 3 km. Stroll along the inland lake, admire the beautiful nature and discover the beautiful flamingos!
The Villa is located in the middle of a sheltered, beautifully landscaped, spacious Caribbean private garden of 1,600 square meters. The garden is surrounded by greenery with beautiful palm trees in which you will find all the privacy and tranquility.
Next to the villa, you will find all the amenities that Coral Estate luxury resort has to offer within a minute's walk. The resort has two good restaurants, Koraal Rooftop terrace, and on the beach restaurant Karakter. There is also a pizzeria. Furthermore, the resort includes a luxury Spa, small Bakery, various souvenir shops and a diving school with associated diving shop. Also there is a beautiful beach with lovely sun loungers, parasols, full beach service and a shower facility. How wonderful it is to get fresh bread in the morning, to dine in the evening or to watch the beautiful sunset while enjoying a snack and a drink. Villa in general;
Villa Cas 23 is a beautiful modern and completely newly furnished luxury villa with private swimming pool. The villa has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with open kitchen and a utility room, and can accommodate up to four people.
Upon entering through the electric sliding gate behind which the double private parking space is located, you will experience the peace and luxury. You enter a beautifully landscaped Caribbean garden with illuminated palm trees. In the back of the garden, a palapa (Caribbean canopy) is placed, including a hammock and two lounge chairs. Here you can sit in the shade all day with a Caribbean breeze for cooling.
The garden is surrounded by greenery. In this greenery, there are many birds including the famous Curaçao sugar thief. If you fill the coconuts on the feeding place with sugar, these birds will keep you company all day.
Because the temperature in Curaçao is always pleasant, the house has a large covered porch (outdoor space) of thirty-five square meters. This porch is connected to the living room with open kitchen by two large sliding doors. If you open both sliding doors, one large living space is created. Under the porch, you can dine or chill on the lounge sofa. The porch is located in the wind, so you can enjoy the natural cooling here to the fullest.
Behind the villa, adjacent to the covered outdoor terrace, is a private swimming pool of 6.5x4 meters with spacious pool deck, outdoor shower and four sunbeds. Here you can enjoy the Antillean sun and have a beautiful view over the garden. You will also find a gas barbecue next to the pool deck where you can prepare freshly caught tuna or a nice tenderloin steak.
In addition to the spacious outdoor space, the villa is also very generously laid out inside. The high ceilings in the living room and kitchen give the house a spacious look. The open kitchen is fully equipped and fully furnished. It has an oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine. The house is equipped with shutters with screens so that the eastern trade wind can blow through the house without being bothered by vermin.
Adjacent to the living room are 2 separate bedrooms, both with private bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom. This bedroom is very spacious and has a queen-size box spring. If you open the curtains in the morning, you have a view of the garden and pool deck from the bed through the large window. Furthermore, this bedroom has a separate walk-in closet which overflows into the large bathroom. This bathroom has two sinks on a spacious countertop. Furthermore, this bathroom has a shower and toilet. The bathroom has a hairdryer and plenty of outlets for charging your toothbrush or razor.
The second bedroom is smaller in size than the master bedroom. Despite the slightly smaller size, this bedroom also features a queen-size bed and a spacious wardrobe and desk/dressing table and private bathroom. The second bathroom has a single sink, a shower and toilet. A hairdryer and a power outlet are also available in this bathroom.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning, so that both bedroom and bathroom can be kept nice and cool. If you prefer natural ventilation, shutters with corresponding screens are also available in both bedrooms. In short, all the possibilities to enjoy a good night's sleep.
Furthermore, the house has a third (guest toilet) which is accessible from the living room. In the storage room, you will find a washing machine and dryer that you can use during your stay. There is also an ironing board and iron and a rack with useful items during your stay.

When renting the villa, you can enjoy the entire house, swimming pool and large Caribbean garden of 1600M2 in complete privacy
Other things to note
The villa is equipped with 220V outlets. There is a 110 volt outlet in the kitchen. Your stay includes free WiFi (fiberglass) and excludes water (8.00 Euro per m3) and electricity (0.50 Euro per kWh) consumption.
Because we think it is important that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest, we offer (for stays of fourteen days or more) a weekly (mandatory) free interim cleaning. During this cleaning, the villa will be wonderfully refreshed again.
