Come be our guest at this amazing Tuscan sanctuary nestled in the hills above the Edna Valley wine region. Escape the fast-paced city for a relaxing staycation with your family and closest friends in a 4,800 square foot custom made architectural wonder. Quietly secluded on an 8+ acre property, this Mediterranean masterpiece will be your vacation oasis treating you to picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean, Pismo Beach, the expansive Santa Lucia Mountain Range and accompanying Seven Sisters Mountain peaks stretching from San Luis Obispo to the sea.

Upon entering the estate, you are greeted with a magnificent 25 foot foyer with a wall of windows showcasing the property’s magnificent oak trees and an exceptional ocean view. You and your guests will relish in multiple group seating areas including a large living room, formal dining room, breakfast nook and outdoor dining space on the veranda and in the central courtyard. Should you desire a moment of privacy, escape to one of the four spacious guests rooms in the main house and enjoy personal access to the wooden deck that surrounds the villa. Simply enjoy a moment of personal quiet, you can bask in the serenity of Villa Chula Robles,. You might spot the family of deer or pass the group of turkeys walking through the oak trees - while discovering the sanctuary of birds and owls as you hike around the hillsides of the property.

The property features 4 bedrooms, 2 king and 2 queen, a bonus guest room, 3 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, 3 fireplaces and 1 wood burning stove. You will marvel at the custom craftmanship that permeates every inch of the property: vaulted ceilings with an elaborate truss system; Saltillo tile floors, solid Mahogany and Oak doors, handcrafted wrought iron handrails, light fixtures and chandeliers. As you wake up each morning, you will need to pinch yourself to remind you this is all real, you are not in Tuscany but just minutes from amazing wineries, beaches, Lopez Lake, the Charming Arroyo Grande Village, historic San Luis Obispo and world-class eateries.

When you are done wine tasting at the best vineyards of Edna Valley, no doubt you will enjoy sharing with your companions a spectacular evening of cooking, laughs, relaxation and sunset views on the veranda. During your visit, we know you will find it difficult to pull yourself away from the property, however, just know you are in close proximity to excellent dining, shopping and entertainment located at nearby Arroyo Grande (a 5 minute drive), Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, Lake Lopez, Los Osos and San Luis Obispo. Other amenities nearby include Costco, Whole Foods and Trader Joes in nearby San Luis Obispo or local options near the AG Village.

Property includes hi-speed internet, new stainless steel kitchen appliances, quartz kitchen countertops, all kitchen utensils, cookware for entertaining up to 24, two sets of sheets per room, and freshly refinished floors, oak encased windows in every direction.

Other things to note
The driveway up to the house is slightly steep and windy but the view once you emerge is peaceful and priceless.
