Location

Watkins Glen, New York, United States

Very walkable neighborhood with well lot streets and many crosswalks. Walk to the gorge, grab a pint downtown, swing by the lake for pictures by the pier, and stop for ice cream on your walk back.

After hosting in nearby Watkins Glen for about a year, and using AirBnb to find comfortable, affordable and conveniently located accommodations around the world, Ruxy and I decided to continue hosting after our move to Ithaca, NY. We love using AirBnb when we we travel because you can stay in places that aren't typically as accessible for tourists and make some great connections along the way. Ruxy is currently completing her PhD in public health/nutrition at Cornell University and I am a small town general practice attorney.
