Our property offers a fully contained separate main floor guest suite that is a 2 min walk to Royal Botanical Gardens, but stops, Tim Hortons, and yet feels like you are out of the city. A 10 min drive to McMaster University, Aldershot Go Train that takes you directly to Toronto. It offers it's own balcony, laundry, parking, entrance, full sized kitchen, and lots of windows with greenery surrounding.

Guests can use the shared courtyard with string lights, picnic table. Guests also have a porch for their exclusive use.
Other things to note
Since the unit is attached to our home note that our bedroom is above the unit and office for working from home is below the unit. We are very conscious of our noise levels and hope guests can be as well.
