Prior to arriving at the property, a supplemental rental agreement will need to be signed that specifies your rights, obligations and waiver of liability.

Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property for your safety, as well as for insurance purposes. In the event there is a purposeful disconnection of the cameras, there is a $500 reconnection fee.

Smoking

The property is 100% non-smoking. Guest credit card will be charged a $500 housekeeping charge if any traces or odours of smoking are detected.

Fees

Cleaning fees, extra guest fees and pet fees apply.

Excessive or unreasonable mess that suggests disregard of the care expected of the home will result in an additional, exceptional cleaning fee being levied. Discovery of any biological waste will result in a biohazard fee being levied.
