The apartment "Andromède" where you will reside is a vast new F2 fully equipped in industrial style that can accommodate 4 people . The decor is modern and clean.
No smoking.
Composed of a living room, a large bedroom, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.
Located on the 4th and last floor without elevator in a quiet building composed of 4 apartments.
You will find everything you need to have a pleasant stay, to rest between two excursions , to enjoy your holidays or to work in a peaceful setting.
The space
Ideally located, close to all transport (SNCF station, bus and tram) and amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, monuments...). It is located in the heart of the city of Caen on its marina. Newly renovated with modern decoration in 2020, perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay.
The apartment has a living room with dining area, equipped with a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed , two armchairs and a buffet.
The kitchen is furnished and equipped (dishes , dishes, oven, induction plates, hood, refrigerator, washing machine, gold capsule coffee maker, toaster, citrus press, kettle, iron, ironing board).
You will find everything you need to feel at home.
The bathroom consists of a basin cabinet, a shower, a storage column and a towel dryer.
The room consists of a queen size bed, a closet with wardrobe, a dresser and a desk.
Linens and towels provided for a reservation of up to 4 people.
A supplement of €10 for sheets will be requested for an extra bed in the sofa bed when it comes to a reservation for two people.

If you come by car, there is no private parking but there is a large paid parking located at the bottom of the building. Parking spaces in adjacent streets.
For travelers arriving by public transport, the stop is "Tour Leroy" or "Avenue du Six Juin"(2 min walk from the apartment).
The station is located at the end of the Quai Vendeuvre ( 1.4 km walk)
Other feedback
The bed will be made for your arrival. You will find everything you need for a quick and fatigue-free installation: dishes, tea towel, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil... etc.
Pets are not allowed.
A cleaning fee of €30 will be requested per stay of more than 2 days and €20 for a 2-night stay.
We are always keen to offer you a clean and pleasant apartment.

Before you arrive, a QR entry code will be sent to your airbnb chat inbox or by text message. You will need to present this QR code at the building intercom and then at the apartment door. Opening the doors without a key with the same QR code. Remote assistance by the owners if needed in the event of an issue.
This QR code is changed after each rental.
The building has video surveillance outside the building and on the landing of the apartment. This system allows us to control the entrances to the building.

Other things to note
Do not park on Saturday evenings from midnight on the quai Vendeuvre as well as in the streets of Engannerie and rue de Bernières ( near port ) because the Sunday market is located on the port. The impound does not hesitate to remove the cars parked on these premises.
You can take out your garbage bins every evening before 7pm at the bottom of the building at the parking meter located on the same sidewalk.
