This bright, private two-bedroom (2 kings or 4 twins), two-bathroom suite offers comfort and convenience, located right near the ski hill and Trickle Creek Golf Resort. Relax in a cozy, newly renovated space. Unwind in the hot tub after a day on the slopes or the golf course, cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy quiet evenings in the peaceful forest surroundings. Ideal for families, couples, or friends looking for a memorable mountain getaway.

The space
This is a newly renovated suite located below our home with plenty of natural light that stays cool in the summer and snug and warm in the winter. Located an easy five-minute walk/ski from the ski hill, it features two comfy bedrooms with either king beds or twin beds, depending on your preference. Free wifi and a 55-inch smart TV. The private patio is a great place to unwind, with easy access to the hot tub. The suite has its own private entrance through the back gate.

A paved walking/biking trail that leads to the Platzl runs behind the house, and Trickle Creek Golf Resort is just a two-minute drive away. Plus, we have a park with a playground right across the street, a basketball court right next door, and a forest behind us that is full of walking trails for you to explore.

Guest access
The suite has a private entrance with a combination lock, and guests have access to everything seen in the listing. There is a locked and noise-insulated door in the suite that leads to our part of the house. Parking is available in a designated spot in our driveway and on the street out front.

Other things to note
We have two little Yorkies, Karl and Oscar. You probably won't see them, but you may hear the pitter-patter of little feet from time to time or the occasional bark if a deer dares set foot on our front lawn. If you do meet Karl, he may give you one of his signature smiles, which is creepy and cute all at once. Oscar is a chicken, so it takes him a lot longer to warm up to people, but he’s a snuggler.
