Hut by the Sea is our cozy little piece of heaven located on the point, here in our hometown of King’s Point. We decided to share our little piece of heaven with you!
This is a place to rejuvenate, relax, and refresh! If you are looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or looking to celebrate a special occasion, Hut by the Sea is the perfect place for you.
Where you come as friends & leave as family. Come for a visit, stay for the night.

The space
The Hut (indoor and outdoor)

You will have a beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains from inside and outside the Hut, hot tub, floating dock, fire pit area.

Outside there is; a new BBQ with supplied propane, a dinning area with table and chairs, a fireplace with supplied firewood, the floating dock, and of course the hot tub.

As you walk inside from the patio door there is a coat and shoe rack, then on to the living room with a corner couch, that has a beautiful view through the window. There is a piano, guitar, ukulele, and other musical instruments.

The kitchen has an island that doubles as a kitchen table with chairs. The kitchen has a full size fridge, sink, toaster, keurig, kettle, stove, oven, and a full set of cabinets stocked with everything you need like silverware, glass wear, plates, electric wine bottle opener, and pots/pans.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, and hot water tank (upgraded 12 gallon tank). The bathroom leads into the bedroom, which contains the great, cozy, and comfy queen sized bed.
