The space
While Middle Hill Cottage is not exceptionally large (500 sq feet per floor), it is huge on what it has to offer. The house is south facing and receives sun all day through the large windows and patio door. We are located a short drive to Trinity and all the amenities that it has to offer, including the Rising Tide Theatre, the historic sites, great restaurants, shops and Aunt Sarah's Chocolate and Sweet Rock Ice Cream. There are also a plethora of hiking trails, accessible on foot or within a short drive. Middle Hill Cottage is open concept with 9 ft ceilings and open beams. There is a washer and dryer on site as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Middle Hill Cottage is perfect for exploring the the Port Rexton area and the Bonavista peninsula.
