Drive through hand-crafted gates to a private courtyard with 2 double garages and parking for 6-8 large vehicles. Above each garage is a bespoke guest apartment, one directly attached to the villa and the other with a private exterior entrance. Pool deck elevation and heavy landscaping provide privacy from neighbors, beach walkers, as well as boaters.

Hand-carved, double-french doors lead you into the vaulted foyer and palatial living space with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, showcasing gorgeous panoramic ocean views over the private pool deck and barefoot beach. A private 18-person heated spa, under a roofed cabana, is perfect for after-sunset. Fully immerse yourself in the spectacular location of Rum Point, world-famous for its crystal clear waters and powder-white beaches.

This exclusive residence offers 12,000 square feet of opulent living space. Paradis Sur Mer has a resort-quality elevator, working office, utility and laundry rooms & extensive storage and service options. The floor plan evokes a luxury lifestyle with many thoughtful entertainment & dining options.

Indoor & outdoor kitchens are a gourmet chef's dream. The main kitchen features a 'La Cornue' rotisserie & stove that are as much an artful centerpiece as they are functional. Just behind the main kitchen is the prep kitchen, beverage & wine storage. On the pool deck the owners provide a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with fridges, beverage coolers, kegerator, warming drawers, ice machine, oven, grills, and even an outdoor pizza oven. Only the highest-quality appliances throughout.

Hurricane-rated doors and windows enhance not only security but sound-suppression as well. This gated and walled estate is a fortress and every security detail has been seamlessly engineered into its design. This LEED-certified, energy-efficient home, with all of its mature tropical landscaping, does not require irrigation.

Paradis Sur Mer is on a quiet, residential road in Cayman Kai and enjoys limited vehicular traffic. It is a perfect extended-family or multiple-couple destination to rival any ultra-luxury beachfront villa, anywhere.

***Deposit & Payment Schedule***
-- For bookings made outside of 60 days prior to arrival, a 50% deposit (of rent only) is due in order to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% balance plus taxes and fees is due 60 days prior to arrival.
-- For arrivals within 60 days, the entire balance is due in order to confirm your booking.

***Villa Cleaning & Sanitation***
-- We're committed to the health and safety of all our guests and have adopted enhanced cleaning safeguards to suppress the spread of COVID-19. All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival using health agency-approved cleaners and disinfectants. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.
-- Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival on-island.

***Cancellation Policy***
RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY ON ALL BOOKINGS MADE AFTER MARCH 14, 2020.

1). Once guests signed rental contract is confirmed with 50% (of rent) deposit, should guest cancel in writing prior to 60 days of arrival, half of the initial deposit (25% of rent) will be refunded to the card on file, less a 3.50% processing/admin fee. Should villa owner be able to replace the reservation in whole or in part, the (prorated) un-refunded balance of the initial deposit will be returned less any re-booking costs incurred. Should the owner not be able to replace the reservation, the balance of the initial deposit is forfeited.

PANDEMIC/EPIDEMIC EXCEPTION: Should a declared Pandemic or Epidemic prevent reasonable travel options to the destination, the guest may cancel and the entire initial deposit will be refunded, less a processing/admin fee of 3.50%.

2). Once full payment has been made (or the 60-day mark has passed and the guest has not paid the balance), should guest cancel in writing, GCVC will refund any occupancy taxes, cleaning fees and refundable damage deposits to the card on file. The dates will be opened on the calendar for rebooking. Should the reservation be replaced in whole or part, the guest will receive up to 100% of monies paid less rebooking charges incurred. Should GCVC not be able to replace the reservation, rent and service fee will be forfeited; however, guest will receive a credit for 50% of rent paid to be used for a similar stay at the same property, taken within 13 months of the original date of arrival.

PANDEMIC/EPIDEMIC EXCEPTION: Should a declared Pandemic or Epidemic prevent reasonable travel options after full payment, the guest may cancel up until day of arrival and all payments will be refunded, less a 3.50% processing/admin fee.

HURRICANE WARNING EXCEPTION: Should a hurricane warning (not a hurricane watch) affect Grand Cayman's ability to welcome guests; the guest will have the option of rescheduling the trip with generous owner flexibility or a full 100% refund of all monies paid with no deduction.

3). We strongly advise the purchase of CSA trip interruption insurance to indemnify the risk of cancellation, weather delay, airline interruption, medical reason for non-travel, etc. Please know that very few insurers will cover a declared pandemic.

***Rate Details***
-- 13% Occupancy Tax added to all rates.
-- 10% Service and Transportation Fee added to all rates.
-- Villa requires a refundable excess cleaning deposit of US$2,500, plus an additional refundable excess damage deposit of US$10,000.

***Booking Rules***
-- 7 nights minimum. Owner blocks at least 2 days before and after each guest to ensure deep-cleaning and sanitization.
-- Christmas & New Year's are split into two rental periods. Please inquire directly with your travel dates prior to booking
-- Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the villa during the entire stay.
