Newly renovated 1 bedroom self-contained cottage. Situated at the rear of the property at 20 The Esplanade, right on the foreshore. Walk across the road to the beautiful Esperance foreshore, 5 minute walk into the town centre and town amenities such as the beach, parks, shops and restaurants. An excellent location to base your Esperance adventure.

Private space, your stand-alone cottage is walking distance to town centre and foreshore. You have your own enclosed yard and plenty of space!

You park at your back gate and the whole enclosed yard is yours to use.
