Welcome to a peaceful oasis, tucked away in the bush, away from the business of life. This newly built one-of-a-kind house is a gorgeous retreat, complete with 60 acres of bush to explore, a top of the line hot tub, and a cozy wood burning fireplace, and plenty of friendly cats to keep you company. Just a few minutes away you can enjoy a round of golf at our local course in the summer, and the snowmobile trails are just around the corner in the winter.

The space
This house is newly built and tastefully decorated. With a soaring 20 foot vaulted ceiling in the great room, it feels airy but still warm and welcoming. The loft is a cozy space that houses the two single mattresses in built in daybeds. There is a swing chair that is always a favorite place to curl up with a book. The screened in deck houses the hot tub as well as a built in countertop and is a favorite space to hang out! The spacious deck is an enjoyable place to dine outdoors in the warmer months, and the lower patio is excellent for campfires!

While there are permanent beds for 8 guests, there is also the option for you to bring an additional air mattress. There is also plenty of space if you would like to have additional people in tents or campers on the property. Please check with hosts if you would like to take advantage of any of these unique opportunities!

Other things to note
While you will have private access to the house and yard, it is a shared property, and you may encounter others on the bush trails.

This property is 50 minutes from Winnipeg, 50 minutes from Winkler, and 40 minutes from Portage la Prairie.

This is our primary home, so there will be some personal items in the house. There is also a selection of friendly cats that live outside on the yard.
