A deceptively spacious 4 bed 3 bath cottage in the heart of Salcombe, a minute’s flat walk to the town centre and a short level walk to the car and boat park. Set over three floors with a first floor balcony that overlooks Fish Quay, shadycombe creek; a perfect spot for a sundowner!
The cottage has a fully fitted kitchen, separate utility room and wood burning stove in the sitting room.
Parking permit provided for the nearby seasonal carparks and pet friendly for one small dog!

The space
This delightful 4 bed terraced cottage is well equipped, light and airy and deceptively spacious! Open plan living with a wood burning stove and large dining table lead to a fully equipped separate kitchen and utility room. The first floor kingside bedroom with en-suite leads out to a large balcony with table and chairs, where you can enjoy the view over Fish Quay. A fantastic spot to enjoy Salcombe at any time of year and can accommodate max 6 adults.

• Bedroom 2 flexible king or twin 2’ 6” arrangement and hand basin.
• Bedroom 3: 2’6” bunk room (suitable for children only)
• Bedroom 4 at the top of the house has fantastic views over the water – double bed
