The space
Unique three story house located in the Jungle of Tulum.

The First floor: A completely open plan with a fully equipped kitchen flowing to the dining room set for 10 and a living room.
Thanks to the sliding floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open completely to the amazing pool you can enjoy both spaces at once.
There is a half bathroom as well as full laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Here we have a sofa that can be transformed into a single bed.

The Second floor: As you head up in the jungle stairs, all four of Casa Areca's bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 Queens) feature en-suite bathrooms.
The suites all include large windows with tropical views allowing for sunlight to travel throughout the day.
Additional baby beds available for the little ones that need their space.

The Third floor: Either early in the morning for some yoga stretching, sunbathing during the day, or watching the sun set in the jungle, the rooftop in the third floor welcomes our guest for breathtaking views.
The rooftop also houses the sun panels that help us power the house more consciously.

The house is spacious to allow for convivial moments as well as the very necessary me time. 

Our team based locally will gladly be able to provide the contacts for a full-staff for the home during your holidays.
From chefs to babysitting needs, to in home masseuse we can ensure you spend the relaxing time you much need.
