Welcome to our lovely neighbourhood, home to tree-lined streets, forest paths, and a view of the mountains. We offer one or two spacious bedrooms in the heart of West Point Grey, walking distance to shops, cafés and restaurants, several parks, Pacific Spirit woods, Locarno beaches and aligned with major bus routes. The place fits 4 to 6 comfortably with a private bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and living space. Please don’t hesitate to text us with any question and we will respond immediately.

The space
A bright and lovely clean space in Vancouver’s peaceful west side including 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. We are a short drive or bus ride from many of the city's attractions including UBC, beaches, Granville Island, downtown, Kitsilano, and more. We can comfortable accommodate 4 to 6 people and are equipped with everything you need for your stay; from kitchen essentials like a microwave, stove, oven and toaster oven, coffee maker and basic ingredients to toiletries to even a washer dryer! We offer High speed WiFi, a smart TV, and our shelves are filled with games, books, and pamphlets/information about the area. If you have any inquiries, don’t hesitate to ask us as well! Our backyard grows vegetables and flowers, fruit trees and a grape vine, and it is also home to four rescued hens. They are very friendly!
One of our bedrooms has one queen bed and a large futon, and can fit up to 4 people. The other has one queen bed. Both bedrooms include plenty of storage with hangers and shelving space, a dresser as well as a large desk.

Other things to note
Most of the suite is normal height, however half of the corridor to the bathroom is lower, so at the lowest it is 6’0 but the other half of it 6’11.

The Eastern bedroom is 6’10, Western bedroom is 6’7, living room and kitchen 6’11, bathroom is 6’6, and the height of bath-tub itself is 6.2”.
