Villa 25 is in a great location, short stroll to the northern car parking area at Tangalooma, right across the grass to the beach. With a deck on the downstairs front, boasting fantastic sunset views or watch the kids playing out the front, handy location for all to enjoy. The space

Plenty of room out the front for a game of cricket with the family or take down a picnic and enjoy relaxing under a shady tree. The villa is owned by a family who have taken steps in making the villa feel homely through out. The lounge area is very comfortable with a sofa couch, The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, bar fridge, dishwasher, 4 burner stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle and utensils and crockery you will need during your stay. There is a laundry elcove near the kitchen with a washing machine and clothes dryer and a clothes linen out the back.
if you have a 4wd, there car park is not far from the villa, quite a quick easy walk. Take your 4wd on a road trip and visit the Tangalooma wrecks for a snorkel, drive up to Tailor bite to catch a fish or two, take a scenic drive up to honeymoon Bay and the old light house. if you don't have a 4wd, you can book a tour at Tangalooma Tours desk to cover most of these areas. maybe even try sandboarding or a segway tour. there is definitely a lot of activities to be a part of during your stay.
As this is a privately owned villa, the Dolphin Feeding Experience is NOT included in your booking of this property. If you wish to part take in dolphin feeding as a private guest you can purchase a standby ticket at Tours desk during your stay, subject to availability.
Linen hire is NOT included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee. Contact host prior to arrival to arrange linen.
This property is not set up and equipped for disabled guests in wheel chairs or needing assistance. Wifi can be purchased from the resort reception desk.

Guests are required to provide their own toiletries. Soap, washing powder and additional toilet rolls beyond the initial supply of one per toilet are not supplied with the property.
BRINGING A 4WD:
As Moreton Island is a sand Island (3rd largest in the world) the only vehicles that operate on the Island are 4WD.
Providing your vehicle is a 4WD, you can drive it on the island as all the tracks on the island are built for 4WD vehicles only.
It is not recommended to bring an All-Wheel Drive vehicle across as they are too low for adequate ground clearance of the tracks.
The MiCat vehicle and passenger Ferry from Howard Smith Drive, Lytton at the Port of Brisbane to the Tangalooma Wrecks is the only vehicle Ferry operating between Brisbane and Tangalooma, therefore early bookings are essential
NO 4WD:
If you will not be bringing a 4WD vehicle to the Island you will need to catch the Tangalooma Resort Passenger Launch which departs from Holt Street Wharf, Pinkenba and travels to the Tangalooma Resort Jetty at least twice daily. A gated car park is available at Holt St. Wharf for a fee. Bookings are essential. Please refer to the Tangalooma Resort website for further details and charges.
WE DO RECOMMEND WHEN BOOKING ACCOMMODATION, YOU ALSO BOOK YOUR FERRY AT THE SAME TIME, OTHERWISE YOU MAY MISS OUT ON A FERRY SPOT OR GET A VERY EARLY LATE TIME OF ARRIVAL WHICH MAY BE AN INCONVENIENCE FOR YOU.
GUESTS NAMES FOR SECURITY:
Prior to arriving, we do require ALL guest’s full names, (first and last names) to be provided, as we are required as an agent to provide these details to Tangalooma Resort for security purposes. As the resort area is now closed to non-resort guests, if you or your guests are not on the resort security/guests list, and are stopped by a security guard or duty manager at any time, you can be denied any access to the resort, making for an unpleasant holiday at Tangalooma.
DAMAGES:
If any damages occur during your stay, we will will process any damage or loss claims off the $1500.00 bond payment made prior to check in,
DOLPHIN FEEDING:
The dolphin feeding experience is not included in any stay at this property. The property is privately owned and therefore not in the actual resort accommodation allowing guests free dolphin feeding.
Wi-Fi:
Wi-Fi is not included with this property. You can log on to Tangalooma Resort Wi-Fi as a Tangalooma guest, where you will need to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Once logged in you will receive 200mb data free per device per day. If you require extra data, you can go back into the initial set up and buy more data if you wish.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you are unable to travel to or from Moreton Island because Barge, Ferry or Launch services are cancelled due to severe weather no refund will be given. Please make your own inquiries regarding insurance to cover this eventuality.

Wifi is available to guests at Resort reception desk, please visit resort reception desk in the main food area of the resort. The lovely staff will set up the wifi for you.
A security bond of $1,500.00 is payable on the day of arrival. A valid credit card must be provided prior to arrival to secure the bond. The security bond will be released within 3–5 days after departure, provided no issues arise. This bond is for any incidentals, damages or breakages incurred during the stay will be charged against the bond.
