10-min drive to Gros Morne National Park, Newfoundland

This home is near the national park.
When designing a sustainable dream home, we decided to tick a lot of the boxes. An absolutely one of a kind space for entertaining; well appointed layout, large windows with solar gains, a kitchen for those who love to cook, generous oceanfront patio, gym, high end sound system, toys & things for kids, 1 acre of land, private parking & an entire beach at your doorstep, to savour. The difference is in the details we believe & we think our guest's will notice those details right away.

The space
At 4000sq/ft, we have hosting large families, and intimate gatherings as a focal point in its design. It's hard to put into words, what this space means to us. Created around energy, lifestyle, & dreams. We've put our creative juices to work into making a space where growth, comfort & efficiency is it's main goal. Modernity, and built for the 4 seasons of Newfoundland; and to allow equal ease, no matter how dark, cold or stormy the Winter. The structure brings quietness and a perfect level of luxury, which is felt immediately upon entering. The views: unobstructed, panoramic, and always in change. Moody, dynamic, and alive; it's hard to avert your eyes away from it! With the majestic UNESCO World Heritage Site, The Tablelands as the backdrop to Bonne Bay; take a stroll down the private pathway to the beach, ideal for kids, and parents alike. The water can even reach 20 degrees Celsius in August for the adventurous, young at heart. Slip into the relaxed rhythm of Bonne Bay; the ebb and the flow, of rural Newfoundland.

Guest access
For the entirety of your stay, the home is yours to enjoy. We have a garage you'll be provided with access to as well. This allows for one vehicle to be parked inside, and is a great area for storing outdoor things, and beach props securely. Even though this is our primary residence the other months of the year, we take great care at the beginning of every rental season, to disappear our personal belongings and things, and tuck them away into storage. This allows the home to feel uncluttered, and unbusied of too many things. The feeling in this space here is serene, and minimalistic, but certainly not lacking style, comfort and luxury.

Other things to note
This property is one of 4 accommodation’s, that we operate. Our newest addition to our rental offering is an oceanfront home on the magical South Coast of Newfoundland, in the iconic outport Town of Burgeo. We have always strived to create an elevated experience in our region, and to provide something entirely unique. Two of our other property’s are just down the beach from this personal home of ours. For Family gatherings, or larger groups; the situation of our three properties in close proximity, avails a perfect setting for an intimate and special experience, while allowing each group their own privacy and space. Please reach out if you need help organizing plans to accommodate a larger gathering. However, please note we are not able to host wedding’s or special events that set a stage for the attendance of guests who wouldn’t be accommodated here. We are also open to home exchange opportunity’s and any situation that holds the possibility for us to travel to experience new places. With the flexibility of our careers, we could entertain an opportunity at any time of the year, but most especially the last two weeks of October as well as the month of November holds a lot of possibility for us to be able to travel. We would be interested in negotiating longer term rentals or home exchanges in this period and even potentially outside of that, and we welcome all inquiries and offers.

The Town of Norris Point is really ideal for exploring by foot or local E-bike rental. We have so many wonderful things of interest in our immediate locale, that can all be enjoyed within walking distance and exploring. Local cafe’s, neighbourhood pub, the foot passenger ferry which connects us to the south side of the National Park, the only Kayak outfitter in the region, two of the areas best acclaimed restaurant’s; all of these boast worthy attractions and businesses are all in our immediate area, and within walking distance. If you’d like recommendation of the local taxi service in Town, please just ask us for it! It’s a great option to prearrange for pickup after enjoying an evening and dinner out at one of our local restaurants. You'll also find a great deal of additional info about restaurants and outfitters in our area in the local guidebook we've put together and have attached to our profile here. Don't hesitate to reach out to us with questions at any point!
