Light, airy studio unit fully equipped with kitchen, private bathroom with laundry, wifi, Netflix and car port parking. Located on site to owner's home. 3 minute drive to beautiful Bulli Beach, close to Resin Brewery and only 5 minute drive to Thirroul village with it's charming cafes, restaurants & boutiques. Pool area with huge in ground deep pool for lazy afternoons (please note owner also uses) surrounded by lovely gardens & birdlife. Your perfect Bulli beachside retreat!
