Everything about our spacious two bedroom (accommodating up to 4) is charming. The exposed brick and modern furnishings, comfortable beds and linens, open kitchen and finally the allure of surrounding Adams Morgan, one of the coolest areas of DC.
The apartment is also a few short blocks by foot from 2 major conference hotels: the Omni Shoreham and the Dupont Circle Hilton-- convenient for guests attending meetings there.

The space
Our entire 2 bedroom English Basement apartment is available to guests. This includes:
* A living/dining area furnished with modern pizzazz.
* Two bedrooms, including one with a Queen-sized bed and the other a full sized.
* A fully refurbished open kitchen
* A bathroom with shower, toilet & wash basin
* Exposed brick and hardwood floors throughout
* Great air conditioning and heating.

Guest access
Guests have the whole apartment, including a private entrance, to themselves.
WIFI and cable are included.
Parking for up to a mid-sized car is available at the additional cost of $ 12 a night. If you'd like parking please reserve with the host. There is only one space and it's often in demand so it is best to request parking at the time of reservation.

easy access to the wealth of attractions in DC coupled with the quietude and charm of a friendly neighborhood.
The apartment is located within easy walking distance of three major hotels-- The Washington Hilton and the Omni Shoreham. We're an excellent and affordable alternative for guests attending conferences or business meetings at either of these hotels.
