Elegance and tranquility of a seaside cottage, a stay in complete freedom, a (true) feeling of exclusivity. With an eye for detail and the little touches, you'll feel right at home. 
Nic Nac, sweet candy, is a sincere ode to childhood memories and the region of great wild beaches. The decor was designed with a passionate and delicate approach, a declaration of love for the regional seaside heritage, reinterpreted in a poetic and contemporary breath.

The space
The seaside Chalet is part of the seaside heritage of Saint-Brévin-Les-Pins. Built in the late 1940s by a Nantes family, it is now freshly renovated and offers a 30 m2 stay including the kitchen and a comfortable living room, with two large windows to the garden, then a bathroom composed of a shower, sink and Japanese toilet, as well as a 15 m2 bedroom opening onto a large terrace under the pine trees.

Slow life under the pines... for a return to the basics and a minimalist trend. Here, no oven, no microwave, no TV, no squeegee machine... the coffee filters slowly, the vegetables cook in the smoker of the Japanese ceramic barbecue... rediscover the smells and flavors of slowness.

The cottage has a total area of 50 m2 and exteriors for a total area of 90 m2: a 45 m2 garden where you can have lunch and dinner in the shade of the linden tree; behind the house, a large 45 m2 terrace for reading and napping.

Other things to note
Everything is within walking distance: the city center, the beach, the customs trail... walks... this is the asset of this cottage, located in an ultra-quiet area and close to shops, we also leave... the car. Nic nac is located in the center of all needs… on foot! 100 meters from the beach only… 200 m from the city center of Saint-Brévin-les-Pins and its convenience stores, beautiful bookstore, market, bakeries, banks and restaurants, cafes… and even a supermarket. 300 m away you will find a larger shopping mall full of the usual shops (Fresh is my favorite with its ultra-fresh products)... and the TGV in Saint-Nazaire on the other side of the bridge! Saint-Brévin-l'Océan, accessible by the customs trail at the end of the driveway... more touristy, the city center of Saint-Brévin-l'Océan also offers summer entertainment, cafes and restaurants on the beach. A little further away but within walking distance via the customs trail, the Rochelets and Ermitage beaches for surfers...
